We are looking to recruit an Export Area Manager for Eastern Europe for our head office based in Suresnes (92).

Vos missions

You will be reporting to the Export Manager and will be responsible for developing the company's international market share: ARMENIA, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, HUNGARY, LATVIA, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SERBIA-MONTENEGRO, MOLDOVA, SLOVENIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE, AZERBAIJAN.
You will be in charge of selling our products, as well as prospecting for new customers. Your assignment will also consist in developing and following up on our existing customer base during frequent business trips abroad.
  • You will be in charge of defining the sales strategy for your geographical area and implementinga concrete action plan
  • You will be in charge of developing, leading and monitoring the sales performance of our network of existing distributors
  • You will be in charge of prospecting for and selecting new customers in order to conquer new markets
  • You will be actively involved in events such as trade fairs and sales training for our distributors
  • You will be in charge of continuous market monitoring in order to anticipate and identify market needs and product developments
  • You will be in charge of liaising with internal departments, relaying information and supporting the sales team as well as the export department
  • You will be in charge of weekly reporting on your activity
The geographical area may be subject to change according to export development.

Votre profil

We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong background in export / trade / technical or equivalent and with 5 years of experience in a similar position, selling technical products to international distributors.

You are autonomous, rigorous, versatile, proactive and have good writing skills.

Fluency in English, Russian or Bulgarian would be a plus. You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.

Business trips abroad are to be expected (ARMENIA, BOSNIA, BULGARIA, CROATIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, HUNGARY, LATVIA, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, ROMANIA, SERBIA-MONTENEGRO, MOLDAVIA, SLOVENIA, TURKEY, UKRAINE, AZERBAIJDAN), approximately 40% to 50% of the time.
Compensation package: Fixed salary over a 13-month period + Bonuses
